How can we help you

How can we help you

At Maison Manechal, we work very hard to ensure that all our Guests have an easy and trouble-free stay with us.  We have tried to answer questions you may have - if you don't see what you are looking for, let us know.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE

Our promised check-in time is 5 pm, and we ask that you depart by 9 am on the last day.

We are pleased to grant you early access or late departure at an extra charge when the schedule permits. This will be subject to the schedule of the departing/arriving guests and our housekeeping team. Since we often receive last-minute bookings, we can't guarantee an early check-in before the day before arrival. However, we will keep you updated on our guests' schedule so you can plan accordingly.

Don't worry if you arrive late in the night. We will welcome you with a smile.

BABIES AND CHILDREN

Maison Manechal has two cots, high chairs, booster seats, and baby gates.  We also have a large selection of toys and games for children of all ages.  Children should never be left unsupervised anywhere indoors or outdoors while staying at Maison Manechal.

YOUR SPECIAL THINGS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your stay. Therefore, we recommend that valuables are not left unattended and stored in the safe whenever possible.

VILLAGE LIFE

Monfaucon is a quiet county village, and we would ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbours, especially late at night.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal parts of Maison Manechal.  If you are found to have been smoking, a 100 euros charge will be added to your account.

PARKING

Free parking is available for our guests.

WI-FI

Free wi-fi is available.

COMPOSITION OF THE ESTATE

In addition to Maison Manéchal, the estate includes an annexe and several detached buildings, which serve as barns or storage. These are never rented and are not part of the rental.

GRAVEL DRIVES

Please be aware that there are gravel drives and pathways throughout the estate; this may affect persons with impaired mobility and guests in high heels.
